I agree. I have been suffering from it since I was around early 30’s am nearly 70 now fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue

Why is this Dr getting so much coverage?
Her understanding seems very limited.
will continue to be sick until your amygdala* calms right down (when *our protective brain realises we are safe to live our life again and gradually stops sending messages of threat/symptoms to our body). In a nutshell:

#2 Learn the root cause behind CFS, why the brain creates symptoms, this will empower you to respond well to symptoms rather than be in constant fear of them and not facing them).
#3 Remove current Stressors.
4# Recognise the lifestyle, habits, behaviours that likely contributed to the illness
#5 Train your brain through n.s regulation tools, brain retraining and incremental exposure.
