I personally know I have crappy detoxification genes since, which is why I always make sure to eat certain vegetables to help boost my detoxification pathways. ⁣

I watch you thanks to my father. I currently am doing my biology bachelors degree, to then go to medical school.
He has shown me and your content, that gut microbione, what I eat and how my digestion is, affect all of my body.
Even starting with the basic in anatomy and chemistry, the professors taught us as if the brain and the different part of the body are separate, but in reality one should view a patients everything. Also they make it seem that the digestive system isn’t as important as others.
So learning more about nutrition, vitamins and small things that can make my digestive system work better and without stress, that can help me feel better even in aspects of mental health

I do try to eat well. I don't do sugar, grains or seed oils, but can't do cruciferous vegetables because of my hypothyroidism.

I eat all of these I do well with them. I have problems detoxing, I'm wondering now it's probably because my body really needs them that I do so well this foods, thanks for sharing your knowledge!

Very insightful and all of these foods are included in our Paleolithic plate for the most part. What are your thoughts on nutritional yeast coconut amino acids. Excellent right?

There seems to be controversy regarding eating cruciferous vegetables when one has Hashimoto Thyroiditis. I eat only COOKED cruciferous vegetables. Is it advisable for the many who have Hashimoto‘a to avoid or eat only cooked cruciferous vegetables? Thanks for sharing your insights. God bless.
