I quit over 20 jobs, even having been there for years. Your health and happiness is so important.

I am a boomer. I agree with you and your generation is taking action instead of settling for horrid wages.
I quit my job. It was ungodly workload and 12 hour shift . I literally thought I was having a heart attack the night I left. Never going back, took early retirement thanks to 401k.

I am quitting this week, they slaving me out for so little money that it is shocking and my brain is exhausted and I am passing out by 8 pm.

I’m 36 years old. Juggled 3 jobs for the past 12 years. I managed to invest and buy 3 properties during this time. One of my jobs working for the government was so draining. The other two are great because they are my Own business. I just sold one of my properties and will have 1 million in cash once it closes. Plus 2 other properties that I rent out. Next day I quit my 9-5 job

I’m super happy now. The key to get to this point is not needing them. However I had to hustle extremely hard for 10 years to get to a place at 36 where I’m financially free for life

I lost my job and to be honest - I would now reflect back saying it was the best thing that could've happened to me. I started a YouTube Channel after before getting back to a regular full time position. I'm only sitting at 2K subs, but I have high hopes for those who sees this!

I recently made a video about how I quit my 9 to 5 job to deliver food and live a simple life. I have since regained my time and freedom back... and I am more happier than ever!

Yup. Just quit my Big 4 Audit job with nothing lined up (a few ongoing recruitment opportunities, but nothing on paper). My mental health trumps slaving away for miserable pay.

If your boss doesn't reply to you for 3 days on a resignation email...that's a HUGE red flag. I don't blame you for quitting

I'm a millennial with boomer mentality but this gave me so much hope and assurance. It definitely helps to hear another perspective and have a plan before you decide something like quitting a job, especially if that's your only financial funnel.

HAHAHA Watching this because HR just recently released a survey of people who are willing to go back to the office. My resignation letter is ready and just waiting for them to announce the office plan before sending it.! YAY!

I quit too, a few years ago. A very well paying corporate job, but I HATED working for a boss and all I wanted was FREEDOM.
Though I DID quit, I NEVER took the leap and I always advise people not to leap but have a clear plan in place and transition.
So much better to keep having MONEY and not be in financial stress figuring out what to do next!

I just graduated from college as well and struggle to find a job in my field

I quit many toxic and rude workforce after 15 years of dealing with negative and very prejudiced workforce since I was 15 years old and it took me an foot injury from last year and said to myself: why am I looking for jobs that don't appreciate me, respect me and value me. It forced me to quit jobs, get fired and laid off altogether. I can't take it anymore 😓 I'm getting old and tired of it all. I'm ashamed to admit

"They are quiting a job in order to get a new job". I want this to change "They quit their job, to start their own business, retired or never look for another job.", that is real success in life, not find another job.
