In this video I make ramen taste good! Buldak ramen is found all over social media getting millions of views and today we make the most delicious recipes!
Voted as the best Samyang Buldak Cheese Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen:
1. In a pan add water and the dried noodle pack, boil for 1-2 mins then drain water with a sieve.
2. In another pan add butter, minced garlic and cream mix and cook for 1-2 mins. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese and mix.
3. Add the noodles and spicy sauce + cheese seasoning powder serve on a plate with a fried egg, seaweed and sprinkle cheese on top. Serve with a smile.
Samyang Buldak Curry Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen
1. In a pan add water and the dried noodle pack, boil for 1-2 mins then remove water leave around 1 tsp. Put it to the side then get another pan and add a little oil, 1tsp of minced garlic and uncooked shrimp. Cook for a minute.
2. Add the curry sauce mix to the shrimp, after a minute add the noodles with a little water. Cook for 1 more minute and serve
Samyang Buldak Carbo Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen
1. In a pan add water and the dried noodle pack, boil for 1-2 mins then drain water with a sieve.
2. In another pan add milk and a slice of mozzarella cheese mix till creamy.
3. Add in the cooked noodles and the powder + sauce mix. Sprinkle cheese and cover.
4. Once melted serve with a big smile!
Samyang Buldak Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen
1. In a pan add water and the dried noodle pack, boil for 1-2 mins then drain water with a sieve.
2. In another pan add little oil and minced garlic and butter. Mix and add half of the spicy sauce. Cook for 1 min.
3. Add 2 tsp Milk and mix in the noodles. Try separating noodles with chopsticks so it doesn’t clump. Add garlic powder, pepper powder, white sugar and soy sauce. Mix it all in for a minute.
4. Add cheese blocks (mozzarella or cheddar your choice I use both) cover and let it melt. After 1-2 mins add to a bowl and add 2 fried eggs with sprinkled dried parsley. This is ready to eat!
Fried chicken:
1. In a bowl add chicken wings, 2tsp salt, 2tsp black pepper, grated ginger and garlic, 1tsp white vinegar and cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Remove excess water by patting dry with paper towel and adding it to a bowl.
3. In a separate bowl add 2 cups all purpose flour, 2cups of potato starch, 1tsp baking powder, 1tsp salt, 1tsp black pepper, 1tsp onion powder, 1tsp garlic powder, a pinch of cayenne powder mix it all then separate into two bowls.
4. In one bowl it will serve as the batter/wet coat so mix in a little water to get a slightly thick paste.
5. Coat the chicken with wet mix then dip into dry mix let it sit on a rack for 10-15 mins.
6. (We will fry the chicken in two stages the first is a light fry then we will re fry on high heat till golden brown) In pan add vegetable oil to medium high heat, fry the wings till light brown then remove onto a rack set aside and turn up the heat. Re fry the chicken till brown.
Spicy Buldak Sauce for Chicken
1. In bowl add the other half of sauce, 5tsp ketchup, 2tsp soy sauce, 4tsp brown sugar, 1tsp minced garlic, 4 tsp starch syrup (or honey) mix.
2. Pour the sauce mix to a pan and boil. Add the fried chicken mix for a few minutes. Place in bowl, sprinkle sliced spring onion and serve with noodles. For extra deliciousness add a fried egg to the side.
