I had a meniscus tear and even with physio it aint going off or getting better so i have been stuck with my weight loss after loosing 18kgs for almost an year sue to injury havent lost more than 3kgs... Finally i found ur video and i able to sweat a bit without straining my knee.. please add a playlist of such workouts please please please

Looking for some cardio work in place of so much I’ve done until diagnosed with uterine prolapse so any running/jumping rtc a no no! This was a great workout - THANK YOU!! ❤️

Love it because you can jump if you want to! And it's only 20 minutes, which helps because it's a repeated rounds style. Can't wait to try it!👏🏻🔥💦😘
