my ortho did 1 premolar extraction within 2 months of my treatment so that the teeth weren't as firm than he put power chains from the canines to the 6s that space is almost closed now he said he's gonna put a special type or wire so that all 4 innsicors can come back on there own I have a really big overjet so can you make a video on different treatments you guys can do on big overjet in detail

The dentist suggested removing 4 premolar teeth after placing braces (3 weeks ago) on my 12-year-old son. Dr said it is under underdeveloped lower jaw and crowded teeth so we need extraction. What about the vertical space between the top and bottom teeth? My orthodontist has bit blockers on back teeth and then two bite blockers on the back of my front teeth. We've been doing elastics to put the jaw in the proper position and now are waiting for the back teeth to come together - does this happen naturally, or only with elastics and at what rate? Similar to the 1mm/month for horizontal space

Thanks for the answer doc, I am doing self ligating braces, They put braces on April -1 (without wire + molar brackets)and told to remove four teeth then I am going to get full braces on next month May-1, Is that fine doc?

Hi so I’m doing adult braces very very soon. My ortho said I need extractions right off the bat.
can you go over what a nance appliance is? How bad it’ll bother me?
I’m really scared that the molar bands will bother me, plus having something on the roof of my mouth bc of extractions scares me lol
