I just got my Scarlett 4i4 the other day. This interface is amazing. As soon as I connected it to my iMac, it was recognized immediately. Same when I connected to my iPad pro, the iPad even powered it.

Is it weird that I'll watch this even though I know what to do just so I can hear his awesome Scottish accent? 🤣🤣🤣

Me newbie with interface devices, was feeling pretty overwhelmed at first. Got my Scarlet Solo 3 Gen. set up yesterday. I was very surprized how fast and easy that was to connect the Scarlet to mic to mbp to GB & Logic - Thanks Patrick! And Yes! to ASMR Onlyfans vid! 🤗

Excellent. I've got a USB interface and I know how to set it up. But hooking up ANYTHING an iphone is always tricky. Thanks.

I have been using my minifies 1 on and off for 8 months and I just realized that I wasn't making sure that my levels in the sound preference was leveled properly which is why I sounded so thin on my podmic and the volume was too low. Now my audio sounds more full, my voice doesn't sound to muffled, and the audio doesn't sound so low now I'm very happy with my upgrades.

I use my Positive Grid Spark Amp as an interface into GB on my Mac. Have a Galaxy tablet to run all the amp and pedal sims on the Spark App. Just love the sounds I'm getting. I used to run a BOSS ME-8 through a Scarlett 2i2 into Pro Tools Free on my old windows pc and it was good but my current set up is so much better. 👌 Another great video Patrick. 👍

Great video, but got a question about i/0 devices sending to either left or right channels only.
I use quicktime and filmora for screen recording with a SM58 mic and inline fethead amp (need phantom power) and it only goes to the
left channel on both apps with no way to adjust in the applications. I'm using either the focusrite solo, or the focusrite 2i2.
Hindenburg audio program is no problem, but I need both channels in programs.
I tried the Zoom P4 podcaster and it combined a mono signal to stereo on those video apps, but it was way overkill in some aspects
and underkill (lower bit rate) in others, so I returned it.
Do you know of any Under $150 devices that would remedy that problem?
Thanks.

Great video! Can I use the macbook’s speaker as audio output when I plug my guitar in the interface?

This video is amazing thank you so much but I have one problem I started connecting my interface before I started this video because I’m stupid than I think the thing that asks if I want to use the interface showed up but I didn’t read it and just rejected it because I’m stupid. So is there any way I can connect the interface or will it just ignore it.

Hi.
Can i use this focusrite for concert? I want more or less decent sound, better than default laptop audio out. Also sound recording.
I want this: laptop -> focusrite -> audio mixing console (f.e. Yamaga MX12) -> speakers (800wt).

Which outputs to use: front side single TRS out or back side stereo pair outputs?
Also was wondering which audiocard is better: focusrite or Audioquest Dragonfly DAC?
Thank you very much

How can I get such a multi-adapter as you show here in this video? The one with many different connectivity options?

I'm looking for an interface to record audio from a Yamaha Reface CP or Arturia Keystep 37 to Cubasis on my iPad, but close enough.

Hi, I have a Kurzweil in my mac, but the second input wont record no matter what software I use for it and same thing happens with an alpha lexicon, the right socket or plug wont work but I can hear throughout the monitor, is some software setup that I am missing? I appreciate your help

Very good sir, very good! Just one thing; why an adaptor for the newer Mac models? Why not just replace the cable with a USBC at both ends?

I have a mac mini m2, if i get this can i just run usbc to usbc and this would let me input my guitar for guitar rig 6, and then would it also let me output my mac mini's sound (for movies etc too) to my soundboard/studio monitors?
