Boredom is good | a day without distractions | slow living

Hello everyone,
Today I learn to get bored with no distractions and no expectations. Just me and nothing else. I try to reconnect and live with my thoughts while cooking delicious food and hanging around the house with my cats.
This helped me see things more clear, feel happier and lightened my mood.
