How to Fix “An Error Occurred While Troubleshooting” In Windows PC.

An error occurred while troubleshooting. A problem is preventing the troubleshooter from starting.

This problem is a common problem in Windows. It occurs when you try to run built-in troubleshooting feature of Windows to fix issues or when you try to run Microsoft's official Fix It tools.

As soon as you run the troubleshooter, you receive the above mentioned error message.

When you click on "View error details" link, you get random error codes which might differ for different computers.

After I surfed around to resolve the problem about 5 hours, I figured nobody really found out an actual solution except one guy who uninstalled and reinstalled the graphic card driver! It definitely works. I suggest that either reinstalling your video driver or update it. This immediately worked with me and I start watching videos again on BS Player! BS Player has some issues especially Nvidia Graphic Cards drivers it's kinda crossing.

I was hoping this would help, but... still getting the following error:

I can't even open the services app. It keeps saying an admin has blocked me from opening it for my protection

please help me i'm realy living worst days of my life, i can't find solution to my desktop pc which freeze too much, bugs even i tried fresh start, all my hardware fine, software too, i can't find what 's wrong with it so i checked log windows i found event ID916 and I have done a lot of research online about this event, as well as this "EseDiskFlushConsistency" flag that says it's enabled. An example of the verbiage is here:

SettingSyncHost (7524, G, 0) The beta feature EseDiskFlushConsistency is enabled in ESENT due to the beta site mode settings

Did NOT work for my Windows 10 :( My issue is when I try to run windows network diagnostics when my internet goes out it says "An unexpected error occurred while loading the trouble shooter, the troubleshooting wizard can't continue"

Almost all my programs were disabled and to manually set them all to automatic.

After i restart the problem is same.i have to change the background intelligent from automatic delay start to automatic once every 5 minutes
