I have RA. It has been in my hands for about 10 years. Thankfully its been manageable. It is now in my left ankle with the primary symptom is in my Achilles tendon. My question is... do I treat this the same way compared to someone without RA?

How about using it to contract the calf and then loading the tendon, so the tendon has more load through it?
