To stretch the tibial nerve, you will need a belt or a towel. Wrap the device around the ball of your foot and apply more forceful pull on the outer aspect of the belt. This will pull the foot and toes toward your nose and tilt the foot slightly outward. While keeping this downward tension, slowly straighten your knee as demonstrated in the video. Repeat for 20-30 repetitions. Repeat twice a day.
