Glad to know I'm not a psychopath. Sociopath... undetermined.

Hi. I'm a psychologist and this is BS. Antisocial PD s feel all emotions. They just have a weakened sense of fear and anxiety and little to no empathy. They feel anger just fine.

I am diagnosed one with ASPD, schizoid by age 26. This guy don’t have any clue what the hell he is talking about…ASPD individuals do feel EMOTIONS. Just muted way….We have empathy, our empathy is just very low, we can make a bond with the people we really care about, out of this circle we don’t care at all. We do feel fear but we just don’t feel fear like neurotypical individuals who are starting to run or whatever in dangerous situations, we stay calm, cold. We’re still humans FFS. Sigh….Our emotions are just muted, this is why we don’t feel fear, anxiety much. We do feel stress, in my case I do feel stress. But I am not an psychopath but I can relate to psychopaths…. Because of my indifferent, callousness nature. Sociopaths are more violent, short-tempered individuals, reckless, caught easily. I am not an sociopath or psychopath at all…..Even though i don’t follow society rules in real life I have trouble with that…. Only sheep follow rules. I am just ‘’indifferent’’ calm. You can’t make me angry at all. Because end of the day i don’t care what people think about me. This is why I relate to psychopaths more but I am not one, if that make sense?

what does this guy know about psychopaths other than the bits of information his job gave him? That's like interviewing me about bone health and nutrition because I take x rays for a living. Some You tube guests have just become professional guests who aren't truly experts in these subjects.

Also on the True Crime I’m a dude. I’m the how do I never become and how do I prevent others. But I’ve never seen it. A zillion other informational warnings though. I was the frat guy that warned people to stay off the fire escape and not dance with death. I’m always right. When people don’t listen to me someone gets injured.

Civilian peace officers. Military Police. Prosecutors. Extreme narcissists seek power over other people

And woman look at true crime to find out how many times perpetrators got away with rape or murder several times before they were caught

But if you can turn on and off your emotions that means they never existed to begin with, no human with empathy and emotions can do that. They can hide their emotions but they are still there and if you scrape the surface abit they will come forward, so in order to actually turn your emotions on and off that would mean you would have to be a psychopath in order to do it. You can fake having emotions from studying others, reading them and learning how to shape their mask (which psychopaths do constantly). But you can't fake not having them, it is impossible.

I now realize every time I was about to get into a fight or even a couple times I was jumped by two or three dudes I go into analytical mode. I was a bouncer, so I've been there a lot. In the Army I was scared a day or so before the fight but the day of. Nothing. Analysis. I wonder what the Latin world for that is. It was only recently when I stopped a robbery by a homeless dude did I realize my brain wasn't normal.

I would have to say there is a rare personality type that can seem to appear antisocial in extreme situations. Some of us have a psycho switch. It’s not on unless we are 100 percent aware we are being intentionally threatened. You could also mistake a victim of manipulation for a narcissist because we learn not to react unless we are in a truly safe space that is built over time. Point is if you have been through a lot people tend to misread you. I often won’t pass the smile test because it feels violating to smile back at someone who has zero compassion for you. Honestly my unconscious hardwiring is built by society. Showing emotion is unwise it always leads to oh f moment. No one is going to admit this but I see metrics in the world that seem to indicate the rates of psycopathy and narcissism are much higher than scientists are admitting, but isn’t it strange psychopaths are the most brilliant scientists and narcissists the most skilled politicians.

This genius fella doesn’t know his psychology. The difference b/w a psychopath/sociopath, a psychopath was born that way, sociopaths become one at some point.

It is 1000% true. Where crime just happens you are not obsessed with this type of people, you are avoiding them
