Well, from where I came from, we must wash rice before cooking it is a must. The first 8 countries that tops the list in rice consumption wash their rice before cooking.

I’m guessing, egg fried rice? The Blandsville variety. Btw why separate the eggs when you are just gonna mix them into scrambled eggs rice. I eat something like this to recover from stomach upset.

My Indian method of egg rice : add oil and after heat the oil take onion green chilli fry it.. Then add egg and some spicy masala like chilli masala, pepper masala, garam masala, salt, lite ah chicken masala, fry it then add boiled rice you should mix it well then add one spoon tomato sauce, one spoon green chilli sauce, half spoon soya sauce.... And mix it then finally egg rice ready ❤
