When Chuck recorded Jimmy's confession, I literally wanted Jimmy to tell him something along the lines of "have fun dying alone" when he finds out. This was very satisfying.

I like how his face changes while he's explaining it to him. Like he fully understands what he means word for word

Said it before, Chuck could have prevented jimmy “becoming saul”. Jimmy was actually working the right way on HHM and did the bar exam to become a lawyer, like chuck, the person he admired the most, but chuck couldn’t let him become a “real” lawyer, because that means they are at the same level and he couldn’t let that happen.

I think even Chuck knew then that what Jimmy said to him was true. He never believed that people could change for the better, not even himself. Chuck pushed away everyone in his life that cared about him because of him never changing for the better. His wife Rebeccah, his assistant, Ernesto, his close friend, Howard, and, eventually, his own brother. And by the end of Season 3, he has no one left. He died alone.

Chuck was the only person jimmy couldn’t swoon with his charisma. Chucks hatred for Jimmy ultimately caused Saul Goodman and his own death. If he actually treated him with an ounce of real respect when he worked his ass off to be a lawyer then maybe he wouldn’t have stayed slippin Jimmy. He always slides back because of Chuck. Of course after Chuck’s death he’s Saul Goodman and slippin Jimmy for good.
