The best part of this was that Jimmy had 100% confidence that, even during his appeal to empathy, the insurance rep couldn't resist using any information to gouge a client

The real irony is that Jimmy is the most honest person in this scene.

Something interesting here is that the final blow to Chuck was actually not something slipping-jimmy-esque, but something very chuck-esque. Chuck was fine with being manipulative and sabatoging Jimmy and he considered it morally okay as long as he wasn't breaking the law. Jimmy on the other hand typically has strong morals but bends the law to get his way. In this scene he didn't do anything illegal; he simply told someone the truth in a manipulative way in order to do something nasty to chuck. This is similar to the way chuck is perpetually lawfully sabatoging Jimmy.

This series is the definition of “there are no small roles, just small actors.” The insurance lady, despite only being in one scene, gave an absolutely unforgettable performance. I hope that she and all the other supporting actors received all kinds of opportunities after working on this show.
