Thank you for you help. In my case i think I need to restore the last firmware because now I can’t use compatible cartridge and original as well ☺
If I follow this instructions the last firmware will be delete and replaced by the original firmware?

I have a new question -- I did your reset method and got the print test page. However, the original problem that says I have a door open is still keeping me from printing from my computer. I've turned it off and on, checked the two doors -- any other idea why this could be happening?

I want to reset the ink cartridge level. The printer noticed me that the black cartridge is empty but I know that there is still a lot of ink in it! I’ve seen a method with 2 tape pieces to stick on two different connecting points of the cartridge! But I’ve never seen for my model! My cartridge model is HP 304! Could you help me please
