For those of you having trouble reconnecting a printer to new wifi: It didn't work unfortunately with these instructions, but if you have the HP Smart app Uninstall it then reinstall it. It worked for me! Good luck!

Absolutely resent this HP printer!! After a strong storm came through about a month a go and had a black out … this printer hasnt been the same. And countless times Had to continually connect to network and checking hp smart app via phone and laptop its still saying its not
Connected to the network and wireless and then when I plug usb instead its giving an error state message. I have inquired the virtual assistant and live agent (which never came btw) to the never ending printout guide!!! Not to mention i am paying a monthly subscription but still not being able to print!!! So frustrating i want to throw it against the wall. And no, I absolutely will not promote or influence anyone to use this printer! HP needs to help consumers and not give us the runaround. This is ridiculous.

Have the LaserJet Pro 4001dw and this does not work. I have tried every plausible solution: press and hold wireless button, press and hold wireless button and cancel button, look for wireless button in back, nothing. It was initially set up on one wifi network, that still exists, but need to connect to a different wifi but cannot get it to reset.

I feel like i am constantly being looped on how to reatore connection, its always get the smart app and fillow the directuins there. Like how tho, cant restart my printer and remove it because itll remove my subscriptions 😢
