It’s a company that makes $2 million dollars a DAY in the Park’s parking, and workers barely afford rent? I mean come on man.

They charge enough for tickets, food, and souvenirs.

The lady in the beginning broke my heart. Working for 30 years and she's treated like this??!?!?!?

Boycott Disney and let them know why. Anyone who works 40 hrs shouldn’t be homeless.

Disney literally owns like 60% of the film industry wtffff

That kind of greed is pure evil. If I ran a $110B company, it would be my joy and privilege to pay my employees exceptionally well.

Knowing that some of these people are sacrificing many things in order to make other people happy, really hurts.

This is so horrible. The woman sitting on the floor with her Mickey Mouse toys but not being able to afford her own space because of Disney’s lack of care for her was so sickening to me. This company is awful.

Disney employees really make the place magical, they do deserve more.

Disney isn't so magical when some of their employees are sleeping in cars.

Sad that this happens

Instead of using money to ruin movies why don't they take that and pay their employees properly

I'm French and at the end of my 3 years of college, a Disney guy came to our small college in a shithole city to tell us for 3 hours that we could work in Orlando. After 3 hours of presentation, he told us that the salary was like 10 dollars an hour, we are expected to work extra hours and we have to sleep in a dorm. Nobody applied.

What we see: Disney princesses living in castle.

Meanwhile Disney princesses sleeping in car.

I applied for a position at Disneyland which required a specific college degree and very specific experience. Just prior to flying me to CA for my final interviews the man who would be my boss called me to explain that the position did not pay a livable wage. He said with my family of four we would be living below the poverty line. We’d have to live 2-3 hours from the park to afford rent. The person who’s position I was filling had graduated from my school 3 years prior and was unable to make it work financially. I’m sorry Disney, but magic fairy dust is not a tangible benefit of working there. Being such a “standout” company you’d think they’d pay well above the average and take care of the people who are the face of the company.

I don't trust Disney. The whole company rubs me the wrong way.

Tech companies: we scam our costumers

Disney: *we scam both our costumers AND our employees*
