As much as they charge people yo enter the park and other expenses they should have no issues paying them a liveable wage plus more...Disney is full of crap

They’re one of the worst companies active today. Stop supporting them.

Companies' profits: 📈
Wages: 💩
Companies: blame inflation not us

The longer companies exist, the more relatable Mr Krabs gets.

We need to start boycotting these companies that treat their employees so horribly, and also treat their customers horribly with a massive rate increases.

Disney hates their employees. That’s why my father left his desk job as a senior artist and illustrator in their Burbank office.

This is either the biggest cap on the planet, or they are TERRIBLE with money.

As a former cast member I can confirm this. I had a few coworkers live in their cars. Some had several roommates and others had to cut costs like not eating lunch everyday. Not to mention how they treated us.

It's happening everywhere. Companies do not want to pay us the wages we are owed. Unionize and fight for your rights!

What's bad is that the uneaten food of the cafeterias at the end of the day is thrown away instead of offered to their employees. Thrown away it does no good, if it was offered to them, it could help them save some money to improve their living standards.

It's not just Disney. Look up percentage of people living in their cars. It's all over the US that work for multiple billion dollar companies. Walmart, Amazon, McDs, etc.

This doesn't surprise me. Florida is not cheap. It was 2x the price of South Carolina.

It should not be allowed for such a big company to pay such poor wages that their employees need more than one job, when the people at the top are paid millions.

I was living in my car for 2 years until a friend gave me a good deal on a room. And that was with 2 jobs. The housing issue in California is horrible, but here we are.

That is so sad. The basics - like food and housing - should be affordable to people
