I already had a surgery completed everything I had to do and got into another fight and again it dislocated I live in a life where I constantly have to be ready for war and it sucks cause this injury puts me in a bad situation where my own life can be at risk

I was surgeried my right shoulder joint after many times dislocation by play football in 2018, after 3 years, my shoulder still okay and I could play football again. But my life seem to be a joke, 3 years after the surgery, my left shoulder joint suddenly dislocation by sneezing too hard, I dont know why? Maybe my bone is weak or something, now im always scare when I lift something heavy, and im also stop playing football. Im thinking about surgery my left shoulder joint! Can you give me some advices?

Hi Dr William Sterertt, great video! I happen to be a consequence athlete. I've dislocated my shoulder a few times, but I did not know there was an open surgery proceedure, that can make it never dislocates again. is this for sure? I believe I have a hill sach lesion and torn labrum. Awaiting your feedback
