Lotus cheesecake
For the ground:
200gr lotus biscuits
70-80gr melted butter
Ingredients:
1kg curd
3 eggs
200ml whipped cream
100gr sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons flour
1 vanilla sugar
About it:

Preparation:
Melt butter, grind cookies and mix together. Cover the bottom of a 26 baking pan with parchment paper, pour the mixture over it and press well. Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
For the cream, mix all the ingredients well together. (Please whisk) Put the cream on the biscuit base and cover the sides with aluminum foil. (So that the pages do not turn brown). Place a bowl of water in the oven on the floor. The cake does not tear through the steam.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175° top-bottom heat for about 50-60 minutes.
