Ingredients:
3 Lotus biscuits
2tsp (10g) melted butter
115g cream cheese
1tbsp icing sugar
20g Biscoff spread
10g melted Biscoff spread
½ a Lotus biscuit

1) Add the Lotus biscuits to a bag and crush them finely with a rolling pin.

2) Pour the crushed biscuits into a ramekin and mix them with the melted butter.

3) Press it down gently to make a base, then put it in the fridge for later.

4) In a large bowl whisk together the cream cheese, icing sugar and Biscoff spread until combined.

5) Scoop the mix onto your base and smooth it out.

6) Pour the melted Biscoff spread over the top.

7) Add ½ a Lotus biscuit on top for decoration.

8) Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve cold.

9) Enjoy!
