5-ingredient No-bake Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake Bars

*Ingredients*
For the base:
220g Lotus biscuits
60g unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:
500g cream cheese, room temperature
150g Biscoff spread
100g icing sugar

For the topping:
200g Biscoff spread, melted
1 Lotus biscuit

1) Line an 8x8" baking tin with baking paper.

2) Finely crush the biscuits in a blender.

3) Pour the crushed biscuits into a bowl and set aside 2 tablespoons.

4) Add the melted butter to the bowl and mix until combined.

5) Pour the mix into your baking tin and press it down firmly.

6) In a large bowl whisk the cream cheese, Biscoff spread and icing sugar together until combined.

7) Scoop the mix onto your base and smooth it out.

8) For the topping, pour the melted Biscoff spread over the top and smooth it out.

9) Sprinkle the crushed biscuits you set aside earlier around the edge of the cheesecake.

10) Add the Lotus biscuit to the middle to finish it off.

11) Refrigerate for 3 hours minimum.

12) Enjoy!

I make it 2 days ago and it turns out very good. But i need to less out the quantity of the icing sugar because my parents said it's too sweet for them. They did enjoy eating it but the health must comes first 😅 so probably I will make this again. Tysm for sharing this recipe.
