The greatest product to hit the grocery stores since milk. I'm a breakfast for dinner fan and at least 2 nights a week it's hash browns and eggs for dinner. My wife isn't a hash brown fan and i usually will cook half a bag and add 1 diced onion (small) for scattered and smothered. Closest Waffle House is about 700 miles. I buy 2 varieties of their potatoes..the Southwest Style hash browns and the plain diced potatoes to which i add onions and bell pepper.
