Many people believe that tithing and attending church is all you need to be saved. This is absolutely FALSE. You can’t give God what is already his, he created it. Psalm 50:9-10. The only thing that God wants from us that he DOESN’T have is our obedience towards his covenant. He doesn’t find pleasure in the offerings of the disobedient Proverbs 15:8.
If this were not true a person could go out and kill another, rape another, steal from another and all they would need to do is give a 10th of what they have and attend church!!!!

True talk sir, but Jesus never went against tithing. In fact, in Matthew 23:23, He said “…you should tithe, yes…” (NLT). Tithing is still relevant today. Any church that doesn't teach tithing is doing a great disservice to the body of Christ.

Abraham paid tithes to Melchizedek(Genesis 14:20)
Tithe is a payment, not giving. The Kingdom of God is a REAL kingdom and in that kingdom we PAY tithes.
