GG, I have my onsite interview on Tuesday for a position of a Graduate Recruiter, and your tips have been very helpful! I’ve prepared around 20 questions but I’m still really scared that I will forget a question, or that I won’t have enough examples for similar questions :( keep your fingers crossed for me please!

I never gave technical interview at Amazon. Your videos would be great help to us👍

Thanks GG, your videos are excellent! If coming from a competitor company how much detail is ok to give, I’m worried about giving too much detail and compromising confidentiality. Thanks!

Hi GG! Thank you so much for your insights into the company. I've been practicing my answers using the STAR method and I find myself running a bit on the longer side. Some advice that I was getting from other interview help videos were saying it should be no more than 3 minutes long - 1-2 sentences describing the situation and task, and 3-4 each for Action and result. What's your advice on striking the balance between short, concise vs. detailed, longer responses?

Hi GG, thanks for your extremely insightful videos. Quick question on examples please... what's your view on using examples (relevant of course) from outside of work? An example might be drawing on experience gained from leading a sporting team. Not necessarily work / career related, but still something that gives an insight in to how I deal with certain situations, etc. Is that a good or bad idea?

The Bar Raiser asked me only one question during my interview loop. Is that a good thing? lol!!!

Good morning GG thanks for all the content you have been sharing with us.
I have been preparing and practicing my examples and the time ranges from 6 - 10 minutes for each story/example. Is this too much?

So what about for tech roles since there would be much less time spent on the behavior questions given well at least half or more of the time will be on the coding questions instead. How many questions do they normally ask in those, specifically like an entry/new grad role. Thanks!

Hi GG!
As I'm a recent grad, I am mostly using stories/examples from college. I'm struggling with getting my answers to be 7-10 minutes long though. Is that okay, considering I lack the experience? (It is an entry level area manager role)

Hello GG!
I have one more question for you. The position I have applied for is a non technical manager II one. But in the job description they said they are looking for someone who knows advance excel, ERP stuffs.
So my question is do I need to prepare for those data analysis tools as well besides leadership principles?
Thanks in advance for your help
