Hello GG, I recently interviewed with Amazon and landed an offer for a Manager position. I watched all your videos and they are super helpful! I could not have done it without your advice. Thank you so much!

Thanks for all the info! I am interviewing with the HM on Tuesday for Sr Business Coach for DSP’s. There isn’t much out there on the job itself so it should be interesting but hoping for the best!

Thanks for your advices all. I have a question. I had my loop interview. I made my interview for loop session with my HM 2 days before the other interviewers. After I finished with my HM interview I got an email which says they like to consider me as Sr.Manager role and they add an additional interviewer and sent me a written exercise. But on my loop session my interview with BR was not very good. But all the rest was quite good. Do you have any idea about my current situation . Thanks lot for your kind interest in advance.

Hello GIGI. I have done my phone screen and am now unto the loop. I wrote all my stories fully down and had them on a different screen and i didnt just read them verbatim but looked at my full story and structured the way i was speaking to make sure i didnt forget to include important information from that story. Do you think this is still too much and that i might get called out for script reading? My phone screen interviewer seemed to like my answers as he immediately moved me to the loop(like 5 mins later after finishing i was told i was going to the loop) and my mock interview partners could not tell that i was reading from something until i told them, since i changed up the wording from my script on the fly so it sounds more natural and not just me spewing stuff out.

Hi GG, your content is awesome, I've passed my phone interview and I have my panel/loop on Friday. I know you've said not to use the same examples in the panel, but should I stay away from using the same examples from the phone interview if asked in the panel? and say I did get the job offer, is there a way that i can see the "grading grid" to see where I need to improve after the offer? Thanks so much GG

HI GiGI, if the application status change in t first interview from under consideration to Application submitted, it that mean they will not move forward for next interview, is the recruiter will change the status directly if there was a negative feedback from interviewer

Hello GG. I have passed the loop interview however internally the position has been filled, so now I'm offered a different position. I have more interviews (2 or 3). Do you think they are hard interviews and/or based on behavioural again? Thank you so much.

Hey Gigi - Your content is superb and I am going through as much as possible before my Senior Programmer Writer phone interview this week. Just a quick question regarding 'notes' if I may. I have an extensive online portfolio of my project work and associated writing / documentation with visuals and actual functioning software I have built professionally that does not violate NDA. Do you think it's reasonable to ask my interviewers to have my site available during our discussion so they can literally follow along as I talk through that information when answering various questions? Thanks for any reply you have time for.

I had 6 interviews but only during one of them did the interviewer (BR I think) mention that I was using notes. He asked me for another story for the same example but said this time don't read from your notes. I gave another example and wasn't too thrown off because I knew it well.

Just to clarify I wasn't reading from them but did have bullet points (3-4 bullets for each S, T, A, R) in a file on my laptop right under the camera.

The interviewer asked me to email him the notes after the interview, which I did though the recruiter.

Will this disqualify me from getting an offer?

can we say to the interviewer we are opening the resume in front of us so if they ask some questions about the career we can refer to that?

I’m finding it really hard to fathom the fact that there is so much information that they want you to know for a simple interview and you’re saying you can’t really use Notes but since there’s no way of really knowing what questions they’re going to ask you how is anybody expected to memorize all of the stuff that everybody puts out? It’s almost not worth it
