Hi Gigi,
Commented previously but wanted to add where I'm from, NJ, USA and I'm interviewing for an Account Manager role. :) Thank you for so generously sharing all this useful content. I've seen almost all of them now in preparation for my upcoming phone interview.

Hi GG, Juan from Peru. Thanks for your videos! you're brilliant! really well explained and articulated. I've done my research for an area manager role (operations) in the UK, and these questions seem to be the most common. Could you please make a video about how to answer them properly? or suggest something quick?
Tell me a time when...
you made a difficult decision with no data.
you took a calculated risk
you took a process that was working and you changed / challenged it to further improve it.

Hi GG, your videos are awesome and so valuable. I really appreciate what you are doing. I have a question on how to come up with stories relevant to the position or level ? Like L6, L5 differences in evaluations ?

Thank you for providing such great and on-point content GG! Your videos are extremely useful in getting me prepared for my first phone interview with Amazon. I’m Interviewing for a Senior Program Manager, Marketing Localization role within the PV team. Question for you: as for the loop panel, are the interviewers for 1st and 2nd phone interviews also assigned a specific LP or can they ask questions about multiple LPs? Thanks in advance for your help!

I had the same situation, I told the interview that my response would be too similar to one I’ve answered already and he changed the question. That’s the point I felt like I failed the interview. So I am waiting receive my “going with other candidates” email haha!

Hi GG, I think you mentioned this before - for panel interviews, each interviewers will ask quesitons focsuing on two LPs right? for instance, if there's four interviwers, in total 8 LPs will be covered? Many thanks! have been watching your videos one by one very clear and helpful! :)

hey GG, I got interview and honestly not very promising! I'm just too scattered! how to predict questions and and try to tailor the best answer it all so fake! I have to prepare all answers and might not even have an answer! and if I don't then I don't have answer from my previous experiences therefore I;ll fail the interview and that's what's all about...finding the right candidate ..it is just hard to remember everything from the past not even little bit specially me! I don't keep track and I don't like to talk!

thanxs again, I have one question and suggestion :)
question: it is normal to use the same answers for different questions like we can use the ( most innovative idea ) with ( how to solve complex problem with the best solution), here we can use the same answer with different interviewers, of course, right?
suggestion: you can write a question for L.P and ask the audience to write their answers in the comments or any place after that you will choose one or two from the answers to show why this is the answer is good and why the other one is bad from your perspective, , so here we can learn based on your expertise.
in the end, many many thanks :)

I have a question. If a candidate gives good answers to most behavioural questions over a three-interview panel, but fails to provide a good example for one question only, is it sufficient to ruin that candidate's chances to be hired?

Thank GG for the great pointers. Quick question - is it okay to ask for a different question if stuck during the phone interview? Or this is acceptable during the loops round only?

Thanks for the video. Is it possible to find out all the questions in the Amazon Question Bank? Would be great for prep.
