Hi Holly, what are your suggestions on how to answer the question of taking risks and fail? I know that it's related to the Bias for Action leader principle, but what if the company you work for are very old fashioned and you don't have opportunities to take a lot of risks?

Hi Holly, how important are numerical test result in the recruitment process? Is it possible to get to the next round if your interview goes well but the SHL numerical test results are not good?

When you say 2-3 stories for the LP, do you mean 2-3 stories for each one of the LP or 2-3 in total? I find it quite often that multiple LPs can be shown in one story.
