Houses passes Republican debt ceiling bill in win for Speaker McCarthy

Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s debt ceiling bill has passed in the House in a narrow 217 to 215 vote. The vote is a big win for McCarthy’s test of power as he has faced early skepticism from members in swing districts. NBC’s Garrett Haake reports.
