Not a word from the Republicans on cutting tax loopholes for the rich and big corporations.... Or cutting the 800 billion a year defense budget that lines the pockets of the Military Industrial Complex...

All the cuts will be on the backs of the poor and needy...

Biden should do an afternoon and prime-time speech on TV. Explaining slowly and methodology what cuts Republicans want and who they would harm.

Should also be noted that Republicans passed clean debt ceiling increases under the last Administration 3 times, with Democrat support. If Republicans want cuts, do it with the budget BEFORE spending, not after when the bills that Republicans helped run up, come due.

And Fox viewers will never be aware of any of this.

The fact the media considers cutting spending when we are 31 trillion dollars in debt "grim" is astounding.

how on earth is “early childhood education programs” something to even consider removing.

this is the fast track to divide the state into rich and poor. the rich can afford to live and take care of their bodies with ease. the poor must work to stay alive in pain

Let's see, anti food assistance, anti healthcare, anti jobs, anti veteran benefits, anti affordable housing, anti education, anti green energy, anti rail safety, anti air safety, but protect the fetus at all cost. Makes total sense.

How are these cuts going to assist American people? It's tough enough without being penalized even more 😡

Republicans LOVE withholding. Their lives revolve around it. "Gimme and you get, don't gimme, you get nada." It's also their favored parenting method.

And what programs do they think people are going to turn to to take care of these children they would have chosen not to carry because they couldn't afford a child?
