For my girlies wanting to start working out but you're not sure where/ how to start!!!! I’m a certified instructor and I filmed this full-length 30 minute class for you!!!!

This class offers the perfect combination of Strength based movements to sculpt and challenge the lower body!

You can literally do this in your bedroom at home for FREE! For this class you’ll need a set of “heavy dumbbells” I’m using 10lb weights!
