I like all the videos but am not sure on this way, from my understanding if you've broken up with an ex (depending on how long in the relationship) moving on is not the best option for me as I need to find myself again, if you go out on dates which could be great but subconsciously you'll be thinking about your ex and sometimes this could make you feel guilty and create a confusion putting you in a worst situation. Personally I think its best to not to date until you've accepted the breakup and this alone is a battle within itself.

Although it would be nice for some to treat you right and distract you for the moment but when your alone at night (when your most vulnerable) you'll be back fighting that void feeling in your stomach which is a lonely, painful and stressful battle.

I am becoming stronger by the day getting over my ex and when the times wright to meet someone I will be ready with a clear mind and conscious and learned from my past, but this is my opinion and if you do meet someone I wish you best of luck and a new life.

I love everything you said, yes I had put myself back out there and to regained my confidence and feel worthily love again! It does balance things up and also my ex will feel I'm not desperate anymore plus if he doesn't want me someone would.! I don't think he want me back he is that type of guy when he dump a women he always thinks he is doing the right thing he that type he never in a wrong! when he made decisions, also the reason he dumped me wasn't the valid reason, I had watched lots of your videos was thinking trying to get him back, but I'm not deserved him back I deserved him who never leaves at first first place and be reasonable come and go a bit, the big words it communications and understanding because no one prefect lol. If you really love some one you will give that person a chance to speak and be able to compromise whatever the differences..thank you again your videos made me feel better and see senses.

At the end of the day they’ve decided to broke up with us...we wasn’t good enough...they gave us that feeling it’s our fault!
My ex told me few days ago I’m a little liar(I laughed cause he’s been the one who’s been lying to me)and he said I have someone and that I can’t bring this new person home cause for 9 years being with him he was the one who slept with me in “OUR” bed😳😂

When she asked for space I respected her wishes and I gave it to her. Before she asked for space, she's been hurt by her father and my church family so much that she decided to go to another church for her healing. So our agreement was every Wednesday I go to her church and in return when she's ready she will come to my church on Sunday. I went out of my way to show my support for her and in return I felt that I was getting nothing but excuses every time to why she couldn't come and support me. I've treated her like a Queen and showed her that's she's beautiful no matter what she has on you know" But when she asked for space I still wanted to show my support on Wednesday so I went. In honor of respecting her space I sat in the back of the church while she was up front. Then I made up a lie about someone in the family passing and it was stupid to do but I told her the truth that night but after I told her she called my grandma and my grandma told me she said this "by me being at her church that night basically showed her that I was stalking her and I clearly wasn't.

My ex broke up with me January 21 in text through someone else. Prior to this breakup she had asked for space for a month and I did lie to her to try to get her to talk to me{THE LIE IS IN THE PREVIOUS PARAGRAPH} and I apologized that night and asked for forgiveness and she couldn't bring herself to forgive me for it. When she dumped me I didn't know how to handle it, I nevered been hurt like this before and I know that she is the one I'm supposed to marry but I did something out of emotions. After the break up, I prentened to be my brother with his permission and get her to feel guilty in her choice. Instead I admitted to it that night and I think I made things worse. After the breakup I haven't contacted her at all. I haven't posted anything on social media since January 21. Should I keep doing this bc I'm doing the "No Contact" Rule. Do you think I have a chance to get her back, it's been 1 month with no contact. And 2 weeks ago we bumped into each other and we said hi and gave each other a hug and we went our separate ways. So do I still have a chance If so what do I do?

I don't think dating someone to realize your value can take place of realizing it on your own which indeed last. I think it is unhealthy to think that you can balance in that way even if your ex might be dating someone else. You just feel how you feel and don't do what you think can compete your ex cuz it is not a competition. Love doesn't work that way. I think you should only date someone again when you are not painful from the breakup and ready to move forward. Just gotta go through it.

I have been dating my ex for 8 years now a very toxic relationship he loves alcohol and girls. During our relationship since last year his been cheating on me with some girl which he constantly denied until I court him. He than had stories bear in mind his very convincing and I know his lying. Because i love him so much i kept the relationship now he doesn't make time for me and makes more time for her.
