* intermittent fasting
* walking- get your steps in- avg 10k per day and increase overtime
* protein intake is essential to build muscle
* slowly remove amount carbs from your meals to decrease the intake
*increase cardio -the duration and number of times a week. Pair cardio with something u enjoy. Also splitting throughout the day can help. Morning and evening
*don’t let the scale frustrate you, keep pushing consistently. Results will come. Around the 90 day- 3 months u will surely start to see results.
*vitamins - take your essential supplements
*pre workout - can help you push through

Blessings upon you, Dr. Mike. I’m a grateful, grateful 39 yr old man weighing 221, measuring 6’1. At about 20-25% body fat. My brothers and I work out every day using a full body routine for about 45-1hr. I currently added 15 min of HIIT on an elliptical. We’re music/media producers so it’s pretty sedentary work. We were born in Dominican Republic, but grew up in the states and now are making a transition to living full-time in DR again. Thank you so much for your generosity. I’ve got my notebook out and I’m taking copious notes. The student is clocked back in and I’m literally writing every word in this video and the one you did talking about Cory’s results 2 weeks ago. My brother and I have already lost an insane 160 pounds each and have reached probably the best shape of our lives, now I’m looking around to see how to finish the job and get down to 10%… I must commend you and your team. Hey Dr. Mike, I’m a 39 year old male, 173 lbs with 26.6% body fat. I do intermittent fasting from 9pm to 1pm the next day. I train 6 days a week for one hour a day doing moderate cardio & weight lifting (up to 130 lbs max). I do ABs workout each time I’m at the GYM. Thank you for sharing such insightful information. Hi Doctor Mike. I'm male, 30 years old, 185 lbs, 6′1″ (ca. 184 cm) with 20-25% body fat. I train about 3 times weekly in the gym on free weights (FBW training). Excellent video. I am 54 yoa male, 6'00 tall, currently 164 lbs. 14% body fat. I used to focus primarily on endurance activities, marathons and ironman events but have found myself ending up skinny fat. I've been training 5-6 days a week and tracking my macros. I started out 8 weeks ago at 175 lbs. and 15.6% body fat. I work 12 hours a day from 0530-1730 and walk about 15, 000 steps throughout the day. I want to get to 10-12% body fat but still maintain/increase muscle mass. I'm now only doing two 30 min cardio incline walking sessions per week. I'm having difficulty with my diet, with 2370 macros but only maintaining 170g protein per day.
