Tasty & Tender Crock Pot Flank Steak

Flank steak is an ideal cut of meat for someone who is trying to lose weight, in a prep or on a lean gain off season. The problem is if you don’t have a grill (or don’t know how to grill it properly) it can come out very tough and not palatable.

In this video I go step by step on how to prepare and cook this beef to come out falling off your fork every time. Below is everything you will need.

Ingredients:
3.5 pounds of flank steak
3 peppers (I use red, green and yellow)
1 yellow onion
Coarse Sea Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
*will also need a crockpot or slow cooker.

If I’m not a huge fan of chicken and don’t want to eat it for every meal, can I substitute a few chicken meals for this or stick to 96/4 ground beef? Thanks!

If i want it to cook faster, can i set it for high for 4 hours?

Set it to high, low or warm for 8 hrs? Sorry mine only has those settings lol

This looks so yum, Cris. Are we able to eat this for all our 'meat' meals on our plan? I was just looking at their website and they have all kinds of simmer sauces can we substitute any of them?
