I spent an hr on the phone with Samsung this morning after their most recent update did this very specific thing...I could no longer control my media (Spotify, Audible, etc) from my lock screen. I was having to unlock my phone and go over a page to hit pause or remind or whatever. I really wanted this fixed because if I'm listening to something while at work I need to be able to quickly pause it. Samsung tried, he really did. But he never could figure out how to get it to go back. I tried a million things before calling them too. My issue was at the very beginning of this video--just cleared the cache and cleared the data of the apps. Logged back in and what do you know! Thank you so much!!

Hello Jimmy, I've contacted Samsung numerous times in approximately 3 yrs. Asking for some help with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus. I went from a galaxy 7 to the note 10 plus. Yes I know that was a huge leap.

I had battery drainage issue, freezing apps and home screen. I know is painful but when I get an upgrade I back up my stuff and factory reset my phone, to kind of really engrave the software update. It has worked 100% for me. And for me setting up my phone again is fun anyways. But is a really good idea to do first what this video shows you. Thanks for the video by the way.

Anyways have a question, I've been using g board with Google messages and everything is ok.
I decided to switch to Samsung keyboard and messages and I can send messages but, not receive any....using ui2.5
Any ideas?
