Crazy how she was checking for remorse...before she enacted her revenge.

Allison Brie is really talented. She truly does take on a role and sell it.

That fact that she knew of the tape at this point and had joked about it with her classmates but was still refusing to acknowledge what happened makes her an even more disgusting character ugh

OOF the way Madison immediately tensed when Cassie said "I wanted to talk to you about why I dropped out" she knew EXACTLY why Cassie dropped out

I'm so glad that madison was included in this story. it shows that female bystanders are just as much of a part of the problem as men.

This scene and the Dean scene lamented how victim blaming is as prominent within women as it is within men

To further highlight just how feeble the entire "We were just kids!" excuse is, the characters were in medical school when Nina was assaulted, making them early to mid twenties at best, and NOWHERE near childhood!

When someone dismisses an incident as “years ago”, that’s a sheer sign of them avoiding accountability for what happened…

It's funny that Madison is pointing the finger at Nina for her promiscuous ways but she was a loose college girl herself. I loved this scene. Madison was a true hypocrite!

She's actually the only sane person in the entire film. She's the only one who's as angry as she should be, who hasn't accepted terrible things as the status quo.

When she said "For your sake..." I knew something was up.

2:16 The lights on top of Cassie and Madison are the symbolism of Halo, to which symbolize Cassie as an avenging angel!

Madison describing the exact opposite of a 'crying wolf' situation and calling it a 'crying wolf' situation. Absolutely contemptible, but great performance by Brie!

If Alison Brie's role had been a little bigger, I guarantee she would've been an Oscar nominee for this. Freaking amazing.

I really loved the symbolism in this scene, especially when Madison spills the wine. It’s saying Nina’s blood was on her hands and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal that she played a part in her death. Meanwhile, the red light above Cassie’s head represents the guilt she’s carried for not being able to save Nina because she did everything she could 💔

This also points out how people want to dismiss things all the time because "it was a long time ago"

This movie is so underrated!!! I didn't expect the ending at all!

Madison is horrible, but I think she showed at least a little remorse, unlike Al and Ryan. She could have erased the video forever, but she chose to give it to Cassie eventually. She seems rather weak than pure evil and emotionless like the other antagonists.

This was a really good movie! It was a bit of thriller, had me on the edge of my seat. I would love to watch it again!

The one lamp over Cassie's head is red just like the wine and just like blood.... stunning
