If you’ve ever thought you can’t get sculpted without weights, you’re wrong! Just look at surfers’ and dancers’ bodies!

Try incorporating a bodyweight cardio HIIT workout into your weekly workout routine about 1-2x/week!

I’ve been getting creative while traveling, and that also means using bodyweight instead of dumbbells. This workout is the perfect way to feel the burn and burn calories simultaneously in a short amount of time!

Each move 👉 45sec on / 15sec off (download an interval timer app to help keep track)!

Repeat this circuit 3 times for a 25min workout. If you feel like another round, go for it!

1️⃣ Squat jumps

2️⃣ Jump lunges

3️⃣ Mountain climbers

4️⃣ In-out squat jumps

5️⃣ High knees

6️⃣ Rainbow kicks

7️⃣ Plié punches

8️⃣ Front back squat jumps
