FASTING: What I eat on Daniel Fast and different other Fasts

I wish people stop quoting Daniel 1 as means for the fast. His purpose was that he didn’t want to defile his body with the Kings food. It never said he was fasting. And the Bible was CLEAR to mention when people was fasting. Now the Daniel 10 2-3 he prayed and mourned for 21 days so that one was a fast, no Pleasant Foods, meat, or wine. I strawberries too much so I don’t include it. I love cherries, so I don’t include them. For me it is a pleasant food. I eat nothing I like because it’s not about me it’s about him. I eat veggies mainly. But as Ms J said, he will lead you.

Daniel fast is No dairy, sweets, meat or yeast breads. According to Susan Gregory's best selling book on Fasting.

Look at God!!!! My pastor talked about the Holy Spirit today and the book of Acts and 1 and 2 Corinthians were included with other scriptures in his sermon. After church I came home and listed to Acts on my audio bible and now you're talking about what I listed to about Saul and how he fasted and how he persecuted the Christians until he changed!!!!

Bless you, Sissy, Hi Greg! - I must purchase the book as I have been on a Daniel Fast since the 20th of December 2017, thank you for all the encouragement given and Revelation Knowledge of the Word. Understanding the differences between kinds of fast and leading of Holy Spirit is vital; because, as I stated before I would end my fast early based on the fact that I thought I wasn't doing them right and thus; not an honor to YAH (God, short for Yahweh) Beware of listening to lying lip and deceiving spirits.
