I am following this for 3 months earing window between 10am to 6pm and I have lost almost 9kg .It really helps me I am Nurse and I work 7.30 am to 8.30pm a day and I am still able to follow this.tq Dr and I need to lose another 9kg to reach my goal

Also the fruit skins. Orange peels, fresh or dried, pomegranate skin dried ground, wild dark greens powder all of this can be added to baked goods or doughs, is fiber. Glad you mentioned it doctor

This is the best one ever. Btw I have started thinking responsibly only after watch Dr.PAL’s video. His tips like how to easily get 25grams of fiber is just too easy to follow. Like we don’t need a nutritionist and we ourselves can follow a good healthy diet

I have entered all chemical elements from the atomic table and researching from internet about foods, fruits, vegetables, pulses and dals that contain a chemical element and what effect each element has for various medical conditions. Finally I will come up with soups that can cure any illness and remain healthy.
