Well, in summer i can sit in 37 C without fan or A.C But
In winter even at 12 C i feel very cold.

I used to feel the cold a lot, then I found the muscles running from the neck to my hip were in constant contraction creating shivering.
Also fear causes you to feel the cold more due to the muscles won't relax.

What happens when u drink water while eating food and what hapens when u donot drink water while eating food? Is it good to drink water while eating food? I think its a big question not only for me but all world because i feel my heart burn very much. i.e full of gas and my stomach gets lots of gas pain and burn too when i donot drink water after having food as i am 98kg and my height is 5 feet 9 inch. I have more than 30% body fat.any suggestion and pls hasheem one video on this pls!

I wear 4 clothes under the belt (2thermal wear) and 4 clothes upper the belt plus woolen cap plus 2 pair of woolen socks 🧦 then i got relief but i don't have any symptoms of such kinda disease 💯% healthy.
