I feel I have to dumb down myself as well, to be able to communicate with most folks. Watch out eating greens. Most or all veggies have anti nutrients. Things like nightshades, goitrogens, phytoestrogens, lectins, etc are in veggies and can do harm to the body if eaten to often. Eggs, dairy, and meat is where it’s at. I don’t think the body requires anything that is not from an animal product. I would like to do an experiment with people eating only vegan diets and people only eating animals products and see what the results say after a specific set time period. I have a hypothesis about it. My guess is the strictly animal products eating group would fair way better, and be healthier than the only veggies, no animal products group.
