Thanks for the video lessons. Question - do I need to wash or otherwise clean my nails before a fresh manicure. I’m confused hearing water/washing is hard on my nails and oil is good but I don’t think I want oil residue on my nails before trying to polish them. Wouldn’t the oil cause the polish not to adhere? What are the steps to go from manicure removal with acetone or bare nails that have been oiled for a few days to starting my next polish manicure?

Will the same process work with non-acetone remover? Anytime I’ve use remover with acetone my skin peels very badly & it takes at least a week to fully heal.
