Hello I’m new to all this and I really enjoy your work. I’m also trying to BGA solder an IC memory chip on to my laptop motherboard without having to remove anything. My question is when do I use solder paste or tacky flux? Which one should I use for my particular case (not having to remove anything) and some soldering tips and tools if I’m not asking for too much. Thank you!

I was looking at videos to see how to hot air rework BGA components, and NOBODY showed how you get the solder back in the places it needs to go, even though one guy said "Yeah, we're using the leaded solder because it works better" - then proceeded to NOT show how to get the solder where it needs to go :D :D
