Are you ready for this 35 minute, absolute beginner walking ‘Dance That Walk Through the Decades' workout and increase your step count by 3,500 steps! Le's keep the energy and vibrations high as we move into the 90's in my seventh walking workout and continue to improve your fitness!
Join me as I get you walking from 0 to OVER 5,000 steps, starting in the 60’s all the way through the decades in my progressive walking plan over the course of this series! Increasing by 500 steps every workout, you'll go from 0 to 3 miles of walking in no time! Get ready to walk with me to for a fitter, stronger version of you!

⚡️Track #2: Martha & The Vandellas “Dancing in the Street” (60’s)

⚡️Track #4: Fleetwood Mac “Go Your Own Way” (70’s)
⚡️Track #5: a-ha “Take On Me” (80’s)
⚡️Track #6: Madonna “Material Girl” (80’s)
⚡️Track #7: Marky Mary & The Funky Bunch “Good Vibrations” (90’s)
HERE’S WHAT YOU DO: Do each workout for as long as you need before progressing to the next workout. With each workout video increasing in 500 step increments, you can walk your way to over 5,000 steps as quickly or as slowly as you want!
