They literally don’t care. My internet goes out like 6 times a day. I complained about it and post about it on their Facebook. They told me they will cancel my service if there is anymore negative reviews then said nothing is wrong with my internet.

Wait, you expect them to tear up YOUR concrete/tile? You're being unreasonable. Burying it underground is one thing, YOU should have thought of this when it was installed. You can EASILY run these wires ABOVE and along the wall. This is ON YOU.

Because of slow speeds, I called canceled, paid them off and set my equipment back per requested to move on. A month later with no notification, They made up a “restocking fee” for equipment, $54 and just sent it to collections. Never received any notice just contacted by collections. Lmao **** you frontier and you’re made up restock fee. You’re a bunch of shysters.

That is horrible, but it does not look like they had much choice. Looks like you may have to do some pavement rearrangement work.
