This young lady was very informative and simplistic for those of us not savvy on these items. Give her a raise.

Do you have to reconnect all devices to the mesh network when done with install?

So only one Eero needs to be connected directly to the modem with the Ethernet cable correct? The rest of the Eero’s will connect wirelessly.

at 4:02 why is the second device plugged in to an ethernet cable? Isn't the point to extend your wifi without cords?

Be aware, this device requires the cable modem, or your Internet connection to first be plugged to the eero device. What happens if your Internet connection is in the garage or in a closet were it will be boxed in by walls? You will have to waste one of the eero to connect in that location and then TRY and GET a DESCENT bandwidth from the mesh ones. Good luck you wont. There are many homes were the Internet connection is next to a whole house panel in the garage and you have data jacks in your home. I connect the Internet connection into this switch and all the rooms have Internet access. I can then connect all the mesh devices to the switches I am using and get a good wireless connection because all t he wireless meshed routers are connected to the same switch, including the master. You can't do that with the eero as the Internet connection has to be going thru one eero router. This means that at least 20% of the bandwidth you get in the other eeros is wasted for communicating and passing data to that center eero "Master" one which is connected to the Internet. BAD topology. I have and ASUS Mesh 6 and I can connect all the Asus meshed devices to the switches, one of them becomes the master and 100% of the bandwidth goes into the switches and into the Internet. The meshed WiFi devices also use the Internet directly. The WiFi mesh is only used to facilitate a single SSID on all the meshed WiFi devices. I had to return the eeros because of the fact they don't support all meshed routers connected to the same Internet cabled network. This can be used when you are only using Wireless connections and you want to bring the signal to locations that you don't get good signal by adding, basically, another Wireless device. Don't do this because it is cheaper to use a Wireless Repeater...much cheaper.

Does that mean you have to use Ethernet cable on all 3 of them?? If yes how would you connect them to the same modem?

So my modem doesnt provide wireless internet access. I just need to buy a wireless router and connect it to my modem through WAN port and set the router up right?

Why do you need a modem? I'm using my eero and that's all 🤔 is this incorrect? My WiFi coverage is mediocre but I don't get full speed to my wired devices. Any help?

If I do not have a Ethernet cable coming from my modem does the eero come with one? Or do I need to buy one? I have a coaxed cable from my wall into my router and all my devices in my house are run off Wi-Fi. And do I need Ethernet cables for the other devices? Or do they connect through Wi-Fi?

I just purchased and with the help of tech support, set up my new eero system. My question is, do I need to disable my cable network user name and pass word and just use my new user name and pass word for the eero system....?

The configuration of the Eero Pro 6 never ends. It stops at step 4, during registration. How do I fix this?

If I use my router as a switch for more than one cables out then do I connect the Eero to the rounter?

When you say add "devices" are you talking about more Eeros or are you talking about a Roku, a computer, etc? The unit I got is a single Eero unit. So it's physically plugged into the modem in the corner of the living room. I need it to fix a dead spot in the back bedroom. I don't see how one unit setting right next to the modem is supposed to do that. Isn't this a relay device? Or does it boost the signal somehow?

How can I allow a printer to access the network? Instructions say to press button on router but there is no such button.
