Dr. Rowe goes over the pros and cons of inversion tables, including specific conditions inversion therapy helps with.

Also, he compares it to non-surgical Spinal Decompression Therapy, and gives you an idea of when to use spinal decompression over an inversion table for neck, lower back, and sciatica pain.

I've use the table for 30 years and it has done more than help with minor sprains. I have been diagnosed throughout the years with a plethora of 'conditions' and inverting has brought me through it all. Today, I only need to get on it 'as needed'. It was a miracle for me.

Having said that, had 'inversion therapy' been a thing in the past, I would have used it.

Hey, I wish you health and happiness, Doctor. I have been following you for a long time, and you helped me a lot in reducing the pain. In short, I have been suffering from a herniated disc for 6 years, and I have severe numbness in the foot, I mean sciatica, and pain in the lower back.

I'm very interested to hear your take on this.
I've never been a fan of the idea of inversion tables.

Great video. My inversion does what you described. My back is worse after and I can't get from an inverted position back to the upward position because of the pain. Would you happen to know anyone with a table like the one in the video in the San Antonio area? Thank you.

Where in Michigan are you? If this applies to neck as well then it would probably help me. I'm in Michigan too

you referenced studies. I've looked for studies in medical journals and pubmed, and i can't find anything about non surgical spinal decompression. So which studies are you referring to?
