The camera angle is a liitle bit too low for my taste. You could've seen the parts of the chicken so much better if the camera was higher.

So important to save bones and make soup stock. Chicken, turkey, and beef. My favorite is smoked turkey stock. Oh, so good. why through away what can be good food, do not forget vegetable stock, .

Do this every week, far cheaper than buying breasts. Keep the wings in the freezer then roast them in a bbq sauce for a Saturday night feast.
