Thank you so much. I'm a retired chef who hasn't broken down a duck, for confit, in quite a few years. I reviewed several YouTube videos to refresh my memory, but yours was the only one that pushed all the right buttons. Went down to the kitchen and dispatched with the task in no time flat! Thank you so much. I've watched so many channels that just treated a duck the same as a chicken. Yours was the first that actually WORKED. Especially the tips about trimming the fat and slipping your hand under the leg to free it from the bone.

I have a whole duck with head and feet still on. Is it going to be much different or do I just chop those off?

Literary in the moment when I moved to breasts, I realised - this is chicken lol! My local store has started to put now chicken in the same color packaging, bastards! An I thought "What a great deal" :D
